We were approached by one of our regular clients to support a joint Warburtons and Jet2 marketing campaign. The brief was to create eight promotional travel cases designed to hold an 800 g Half and Half loaf. The concept was quirky and fun, and the client supplied only an AI generated visual as a starting point. The goal was to produce a set of durable, event ready cases that looked and functioned like miniature luggage bags, complete with branding and practical detailing. Each case needed to fit a loaf securely, present well on camera and withstand handling during the campaign.
Nexform managed the entire project from concept development through to final production. We produced the full CAD design, prototyped the form and refined the details to ensure the loaf sat correctly within the internal volume. Once approved, all eight units were manufactured in house using FDM additive manufacturing. After printing, each case went through a hand finished post processing stage to smooth the outer surfaces and create a suitable base for vinyl graphics. This involved a healthy amount of classic elbow grease to achieve a clean finish. We then applied the campaign graphics and logos, ensuring strong adhesion and crisp edges. The cases were assembled, glued and quality checked by our team. Each one featured two locking latches, one on each end, and a brown webbing handle to complete the luggage aesthetic.
The final pieces delivered exactly what the campaign required: eye catching, well built and true to the visual concept the client had supplied. With the combination of custom design, additive manufacturing and detailed finishing, the client received a set of unique promotional props that could be used confidently across their event and marketing activity.
