We were approached by a long standing client to support a unique and playful campaign for ALDI, focused on their Bramwells sauce range. The brief was far from typical. The client wanted a working condiment bottle that could dispense ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard at the same time from a single unit. The requirement was to design and manufacture fifteen functional bottles, each containing three internal cavities and a combined outlet. The system needed to dispense all three sauces simultaneously despite the differences in viscosity between them. The finished items also had to look and feel like a believable extension of the Bramwells product range.
Nexform took ownership of the full development process, from design research through to final manufacture. Creating a triple chamber bottle that behaved consistently was a significant technical challenge, particularly ensuring even flow across three sauces with very different densities. We developed a custom three way nozzle with dedicated exit points, matched to three internal cavities designed to balance pressure and flow. Multiple test units were produced and evaluated, with each iteration refining both the internal geometry and user experience. Through repeated prototyping and fluid testing, we reached a configuration that worked reliably. To produce the final set of fifteen units, we combined vacuum casting with 3D printing. This allowed us to achieve the required accuracy for the internal channels while also delivering a clean external finish suitable for campaign use. The mix of processes ensured strength, repeatability and a professional appearance.
The finished bottles performed exactly as required, dispensing all three sauces together in a single squeeze. The client received a set of robust, functional and visually convincing props that supported a standout marketing idea. The project showcased Nexform’s ability to solve unusual mechanical challenges and turn a high concept brief into a fully functioning product.
