Our blue light and infrared scanning is non-contact and accurate to 0.04 mm, so we capture delicate and one-off objects in Rayleigh without ever touching them, on site when they cannot travel. The scan becomes a precise digital record, an editable CAD model, or a watertight mesh ready to reproduce. From there our FDM and mSLA printing, vapour smoothing and wet spraying can recreate the piece at full size or scaled, all handled in-house in Essex.
