Nexform captures physical objects with professional blue light and infrared (IR) scanners, recording geometry with accuracy up to 0.04 mm and high density point clouds with resolutions down to approximately 0.05 mm. We scan on-site at your premises or in-house at our Essex facility, and we handle both large format and small format work, from full panels and assemblies to individual mechanical parts. Our engineers then convert the raw scan data into clean, editable CAD models ready for inspection, adaptation or manufacture.
