We scan for Maldon producers with blue light and infrared systems accurate to 0.04 mm. Product and packaging samples become clean CAD or watertight meshes, ready to print convincing mockups in-house on our FDM and mSLA machines, vapour smoothed and wet sprayed to look the part. Worn line components are captured and rebuilt as CAD, then reprinted or supplied for machining, so a broken guide or fitting does not keep a production line down.

Maldon producers get proper packaging mockups to put in front of buyers, and worn line parts remade, usually within 3 to 5 working days. A rough sample becomes a presentable prototype, a discontinued machine fitting becomes a reproducible file, and there is no minimum order to clear for a single item.
