When Little Dot Studios approached Nexform on Thursday with a requirement for a fully custom trophy to be delivered for their event on Monday 17th May, the timeline was extremely tight. With the event only days away, there was no room for delay across any stage of the work. The piece had to be designed, manufactured and finished to a high standard in a matter of days, leaving only a very small window to take the trophy from initial concept through to a polished, event ready product.
Starting only from an AI-generated concept image, our team rapidly moved the project through design, 3D modelling, prototyping, production and finishing, turning the concept into a physical product within just three days. The project included CAD design development, rapid prototype preparation, high quality 3D printing, surface finishing and paintwork, and preparation for delivery. Each stage followed on quickly from the last, with the team working at pace to keep everything on track for the Monday deadline while maintaining a high standard of finish throughout.
The trophy is now nearing completion and scheduled for delivery to Brick Lane on Monday morning, ready for the event. Despite the demanding turnaround, the finished piece reflects the level of detail and presentation the client was looking for. This project is a great example of Nexform’s ability to react quickly under pressure and deliver bespoke creative production work on extremely short lead times, without compromising on finish or presentation.
